Daniel

With his southern roots and small-town background, Daniel Osborne has never met a stranger. A hard worker to the core, Daniel's first jobs ranged from working at a fireworks stand to a pencil factory. He genuinely enjoys meeting new people and learning their stories. Even better, he enjoys helping them solve problems and navigate challenges.

While real estate law was not his initial interest, Daniel found himself practicing bankruptcy litigation for a default servicing law firm following the financial crisis in 2010. After handling matters in multiple federal bankruptcy districts, Daniel joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings (BABC) in Nashville, Tennessee, where he was a member of the firm's Litigation and Financial Services practice groups.

Daniel joined Fidelity National Title Group in August 2014 and worked on claim matters throughout the eastern half of the United States, including high-exposure claims, litigation matters, and matters in which the company was a named defendant. In 2021, Daniel joined FNF Florida Agency as Underwriting Counsel, supporting numerous residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Florida. In 2025, he joined another national title underwriter, where he handled complex commercial real estate transactions across the country. In 2026, Daniel returned to the Fidelity family, joining the First Title team and bringing with him a broad range of underwriting and transactional experience.

I've learned that most problems can be solved when you're willing to ask the right questions and put in the work.

A true Volunteer at heart, Daniel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2010. Daniel is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Arkansas and is certified as Authorized House Counsel by The Florida Bar.

Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, Jill, his daughter, Olivia, and the family's favorite pup, Milo. Outside of the office, he can often be found exploring a new city, as he has a passion for travel. When he's not traveling, Daniel is usually training for his next race as he works toward completing all six Abbott World Marathon Majors.
